Click & Collect
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, simply place your order online, and we’ll notify you when it’s ready for collection at our store. -
Same-Day Express Delivery (Dubai Only)
If you're in Dubai, enjoy the convenience of same-day express delivery between 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM every day of the week. Only on Friday, our delivery hours are from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Just place your order and we’ll ensure it reaches you the same day, so you don’t have to wait! -
Standard Delivery to Other UAE Cities
Outside Dubai? No problem! We’ll have your order delivered within 24-48 hours, ensuring it reaches you quickly and safely, no matter where you are in the UAE.
How it Works:
When we receive your order, our team will check the stock availability and quality of the product. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll reach out to you via call or WhatsApp to provide your order details and keep you informed.
Delivery Charges:
- Dubai: Delivery charges are based on your location within Dubai. For same-day delivery, please share your location with us and we will confirm if it’s within our delivery area. If it is, we will ensure your order is delivered the same day.
- Other UAE Cities: A standard delivery fee of AED 20 applies to all orders outside of Dubai.
Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to those areas that are under military bases, oilfields, border areas, or other restricted zones due to security and access restrictions. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Payment Terms:
- To confirm your order, we require a 20% advance payment of the total amount for both Dubai and other UAE cities. This ensures that all orders are genuine and helps prevent last-minute cancellations, especially when we are ready to deliver to your location. The advance payment allows us to manage our resources effectively, ensuring that your order is processed smoothly and reaches to you on time.
- You’ll receive a secure payment link via WhatsApp through the trusted Nomod payment app so that you can pay easily and safely.
- The remaining amount is to be paid in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.

While we strive to deliver on time, sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there are any unexpected delays, don’t worry—we’ll notify you in advance and keep you updated so you always know what’s happening with your order.
