After receiving your order, our dedicated team verify the order details, ensuring stock availability and product quality. Once the order verification process is completed and ready for pickup, you will be notified via email or the phone number you provided during checkout with confirmation details.

You can rest assured that every product we sell at Miles Telecom is genuine! Moreover, all our products are backed by warranties provided by the manufacturer or local distributor(s). In case of any warranty issue, simply drop the device off at our shop, and we will take care of it for you.

We currently offer two payment methods: Cash on Pick-up (COP) and bank transfer.

Once the advance payment is made, it is non-refundable. This payment confirms your order and reserves the item for you. Please ensure you are certain before completing the payment, as we can hold items for more than 24 hours, and the payment will not be refunded

For some orders, a 25% advance payment is required to secure your order. We will send you a secure payment link via WhatsApp. After confirmation, your item will be ready for pickup within 2 to 3 hours, and the remaining amount can be paid in cash upon collection.

If the advance payment is not completed, your order will not be processed. The item will only be reserved and arranged once the payment is confirmed.

Currently, the advance payment is made online via the payment link and the remaining balance must be paid in cash when you collect your item from our store.
